Wireless Policy
By providing your cell phone number, you authorize Bright Loan Capital, its third-party service providers, and any participating finance or lending entities to send you text messages related to the services you request. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to our confirmation message and all messages that follow.

You understand that any text messages we send may be viewed by anyone with access to your mobile device. If you wish to keep this information private, please take appropriate steps to secure your phone and text messages.

Please notify us immediately if you change your mobile number or plan to give your phone to someone else.

If we update this SMS Wireless Policy, we will notify you by text message with a link to the revised policy. We may discontinue our text messaging program at any time.

By providing your contact information, you agree and consent to being contacted by Bright Loan Capital and by our agents, employees, attorneys, affiliates, subsequent creditors, loan servicing companies, third-party collectors, third-party service providers, and finance providers. Contact may be made by email, phone calls, or SMS text messages sent to your mobile, home, or work numbers, as well as any other number you have provided in connection with your account. These communications may use automated telephone dialing systems, autodialers, or artificial or prerecorded voices.

You understand and agree that once Bright Loan Capital shares your application information with any affiliate or third party, we are not responsible for how that party handles your information. Each party maintains its own policies regarding the collection, sharing, and use of your information. If you wish to stop receiving communications, offers, marketing messages, or any other services from an affiliate or third party, you must contact that entity directly.

Opt-Out or STOP
This policy applies to all text messages sent by Bright Loan Capital during and after your use of our service.
• To stop marketing text messages, reply to any message with STOP.
• To stop all text messages, including those related to payment reminders or missed payments, reply with STOP ALL.

Your request will be processed within one business day. You may also stop messages by contacting us via phone or email using the information above.

Help or Support
If you need our contact information or instructions on how to stop text messages, reply to any message with HELP. We will respond with the requested information.

We send no more than six messages per month. Our messages generally provide information about your account and may include links to websites. To access these links, you will need a web browser and internet access.
